Welcome to Baby Studio by Ankita. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

  • Baby Studio by Ankita provides photography services including, but not limited to, maternity photography, newborn photography, baby photography, family photography, event photography, and customized gifts.

  • All services are subject to availability.

2. Booking and Payments

  • A booking is confirmed once the advance payment is received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the photoshoot or event.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

3. Customization and Requirements

  • We offer customized services tailored to the client's specific requirements.

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information to ensure the best service delivery.

4. Date Changes and Cancellations

  • Date changes are allowed, subject to availability.

  • Clients must inform Baby Studio by Ankita at least 15 days before the scheduled photoshoot or function to request a date change.

  • No refunds or cancellations are permitted once a booking is confirmed.

5. Delivery and Products

  • Digital photos and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.

  • Physical products such as albums, frames, and customized gifts will be delivered according to the mutually agreed schedule.

6. Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Baby Studio by Ankita retains the copyright of all images and videos.

  • Clients are granted a license for personal use of the images and videos.

  • Any commercial use of the images or videos requires prior written permission from Baby Studio by Ankita.

7. Liability

  • Baby Studio by Ankita will take the utmost care to provide high-quality services. However, in the unlikely event of a technical failure, accident, or any other unforeseen circumstance, our liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the service.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • Your data will only be used for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9. Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints should be reported to Baby Studio by Ankita as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in New Delhi.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
